3.2. The Company has access to such images and materials to the extent necessary to provide the Service's functionality, technical support, error diagnostics, quality control, security assurance, and improvement of the Service.
3.3. Uploaded images and materials may be processed by artificial intelligence algorithms, used in the operation of generation functions, and used to improve the Company's models, algorithms, and the quality of generation results.
3.4. The User confirms and guarantees that they have the right to upload such images and materials, and that their upload, storage, and processing do not infringe the rights of third parties.
4. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
4.1. The Company has the right to use the User's data, the User's materials, and generation results to analyse and improve the Service, to train, fine-tune, and validate algorithms and models, to develop new features, to ensure the stability of the Service, for internal reporting, research, and statistics, and to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company.
4.2. The Company has the right to use such data both in its original form and after depersonalisation, aggregation, and other processing necessary to achieve the stated purposes, to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
5.1. The Company has the right to engage cloud hosting providers, AI infrastructure providers, payment services, analytics, mail, and communication services, information security tools, technical contractors, and other counterparties to ensure the operation of the Service.
5.2. Data may be disclosed to such persons only to the extent necessary to ensure the operation of the Service, to provide its functionality, to process payments, for technical support, analytics, and to ensure security.
