The operator of personal data and the owner of the service is ООО "Дезау" (hereinafter — the Company). By using the website and the service, the user (including participants of the alpha testing) confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this document.

1. Personal Data and Their Processing
1.1. The Company processes the following personal data of users and alpha-testing participants: last name, first name, email address, phone number, information about professional activity, as well as technical data transmitted by the browser and device (IP address, browser and operating system information, cookies, access time, the webpage from which the user navigated, and other similar technical data).
1.2. Personal data is processed for the purposes of user registration, providing access to the personal account and service functionality, conducting alpha testing, providing feedback, sending informational messages, analyzing the service’s performance, and improving the platform.
1.3. The legal basis for processing is the user’s voluntary consent expressed by completing forms on the website and/or using the service, as well as the necessity to perform the agreement between the user and the Company.
1.4. Personal data may be transferred to third parties engaged by the Company to ensure the operation of the service and fulfillment of obligations (including hosting providers, mail and communication providers, payment and analytics services) on the basis of agreements requiring such parties to maintain confidentiality and ensure the protection of personal data.
1.5. The Company takes reasonable and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unauthorized actions (restricted employee access, information security tools, data encryption during transmission, regular security analysis).
1.6. The user has the right to request correction, blocking, or deletion of their data, as well as withdraw their consent to data processing by sending a request to the email address listed on the Company’s website. 2.2. The user’s actions in registering on the website and creating a personal account to participate in alpha testing constitute the user’s offer to conclude a license agreement (simple non-exclusive license) limited solely to testing purposes.
2.3. The Company, at its sole discretion, reviews submitted applications, may request additional information, and may refuse any application without explanation.
2.4. The Company’s acceptance of the user’s offer is the granting of access to the personal account of the Desow Alpha Version. Until acceptance is made, the Company bears no obligations towards the user.
2.5. Access to the functionality of the Desow Alpha Version is granted to users under a limited, free, revocable license provided exclusively for testing purposes, for a limited period, and on an “as is” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted performance, data preservation, or full compliance with the user’s expectations.
2.6. The user is not permitted to:
– attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or internal systems of the service;
– circumvent security mechanisms and access restrictions;
– distribute malware, spam, or use the service for illegal purposes;
– use the service in a manner that may disrupt website functionality or harm the Company or other users.
2.7. The Company may unilaterally modify the functionality of the service, suspend or terminate access to it, and amend this document by publishing an updated version on the website.
2.8. The Company may terminate the user’s participation in the Desow alpha testing at any time, restrict or revoke access to the platform without prior notice and without any compensation.
2.9. By submitting the offer and participating in alpha testing, the user fully agrees to the terms of this document.

3. Alpha Testing Participation Terms and Confidentiality (NDA)
3.1. A participant of the alpha testing is a user who has registered, received access to the personal account, and has been invited by the Company to participate.

3.5. Confidentiality obligations remain in force for three years after the completion of alpha testing or until the respective information becomes publicly available by the Company’s decision.
3.6. Access, materials, and other results provided during the alpha testing are intended solely for the participant’s personal use and may not be transferred to third parties.
3.7. In case of a violation of this section, the Company may restrict or terminate access to the service and demand compensation for damages in accordance with applicable law.
